Shipping
Shipping to the lower 48 states is free for most items we stock. There are shipping fees associated with the sale of some oversized items such as beds, furniture, etc. Shipments of bulky items are subject to
the carriers' published shipping rates, accessorial surcharges and other fees as applicable. All orders needing to be shipped outside the continental US will incur shipping fees as well.
Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is delivered to the carrier. Customers must make damage claims directly to the carrier within 10 days of receipt of the order. All boxes and packaging material are necessary when filing a claim. Contact us if you need assistance with filing a claim.
All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of order.
Returns
All products sold by BDU Medical are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer's limited warranty. Please read all warranty material carefully as the warranty period, service and transferability varies by manufacturer and product.
Defective products can be returned to BDU Medical within 14 days of sale. After 14 days, defective products must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 14 days from the date of purchase. The customer may incur up to a 20% restocking fee if the products being returned are not being exchanged
and do not need repair. No refunds or credit will be granted after 14 days. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty will still apply - please contact the manufacturer directly.
A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer before we can accept it as a defective return. You can get a list of manufacturer phone numbers by contacting us.
Non-defective product can be returned to BDU Medical within 14 days of sale. Any non-defective returns must be 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-sealable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories and UPC label and/or unbroken seal. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. All non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restock fee within 14 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items.
- Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
- Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use.
- Health & personal use items.
